Once your order is placed, orders are processed between 5-7 working days. Orders placed within India will typically take 7-10 working days and 12-15 days internationally.

Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If at all you need to cancel it, you can reach out to us at info@shopatbrooklyns.com and we’ll try to cancel the order before it ships.

If you’re unhappy with the product or ordered a wrong size, we will exchange the unused item within 30 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds on returned items, you will be given a credit limit of the same amount to purchase something else. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can simply ship the item back to us and we’ll process your request. Make sure you include your order/invoice number and in case you’re exchanging a product, be sure to give us details (eg- size, colour, etc) of the product purchased and the product you want in exchange.

Finding the right size for your dog can be tricky as a lot of dogs fall out of the size range of their breed. Two dogs of the same breed can also be sized differently. Hence, we recommend that you fill out our pet form (ßLINK) so we understand your dog’s sizing better and can recommend the best fit for your furry friend. Additionally you could take a look at our sizing chart (ßLINK) which are graded on the neck size, chest size and length from the neck to the tail.

We do our best to create sizes that fit all breeds however, some breeds are difficult due to their unique proportions. In such a case we recommend you go through our sizing chart and make an educated guess, otherwise you can always fill out the pet form and let us help you. Note that our outfits may seem loose from the neck, we’ve created our products to allow easy harness-leash access that doesn’t suffocate your dog while being dressed in our outfits.
